Since recently, there is something new to discover at Lämmlisbrunnenstrasse 18 in Linsebühlquartier and that is "Hermann Bier Brauerei & Lokal". You will find out who is behind this name in the next lines.

The two gentlemen who run this pub are Marco Hermann and Gianluca Bernet. Marco Hermann started brewing his own beer as a hobby years ago and sells it under the name "Hermann Bier". At St.Gallen-Bodensee Tourism, where Hermann worked for decades, he met Gianluca Bernet. His passion for beer was also awakened and Bernet trained as a beer sommelier. From then on, Bernet supported Hermann in the brewery, which was formerly located in Winkeln.

Both had long had the dream of setting up something of their own. The result is "Hermann Bier Brauerei & Lokal" on Lämmlisbrunnenstrasse. This includes a brewery in the basement of the building and a pub with an outdoor terrace. At "Hermann Bier - Brauerei & Lokal", in addition to several changing own beer varieties and guest beers, there are also other regional beverages to enjoy, so that there is something suitable for everyone. In the future, brewing courses, tastings and brewery tours are planned. Until then, the two open their terrace when the weather is nice and also sell their beers as takeaways.
