Prado Bar - gin, gin, gin
Right next to Vadianplatz is Prado Bar - the meeting place for those with an affinity for Spain. A recommendation for lovers of Spanish culture, unique drinks and delicious tapas. Over 600 different types of gin, selected Spanish wine and 30 different tonics are available to guests. Suitable for all who want to escape the daily grind and enjoy Spanish flair for an evening.
Einstein Bar - Cocktail finesse par excellence
Brown leather couches, dimmed light, the smell of cigars - the Einstein Bar, furnished in a beautiful English style, convinces with a large selection of cocktails, around 100 whiskies and top wines, draft beer or delicious own creations. In a dignified setting and with expert advice, select cigars can be enjoyed in the adjoining Davidoff Cigar Lounge.
South bar - Meet and enjoy
For more than three years, guests have been pampered with hot and cold drinks in the Südbar at Oberen Graben 3 - seven days a week from morning until late in the evening. Guests can sample various beer specialties as well as choose between wines and cocktails - they can enjoy their drink inside the modernly furnished bar, on the terrace or in the Südgarten, the green oasis in the center of St.Gallen.

Maverick's - Great Cocktail Theater
Right in the heart of St. Gallen's city center, at Augustinergasse 19, Martin Durot spoils his clientele with delicious cocktail creations. His small, charmingly furnished bar with a cozy outdoor area with fairy lights invites you to linger, enjoy and relax. As a summer drink, Martin recommends the in-house "Jean 75", a refreshing gin-champagne drink with a fruity note.
To the workshop - Create and taste
The restaurant "Zur Werkstatt" is all about enjoyment and DIY - not only professionals pursue the craft of cooking and bartending, laymen are also invited to join in at the stove or at the bar. For example, in the bar workshop, where the bartenders explain step by step the different types of mixes and reveal what is important when preparing cocktails.
