The KSSG moves into the new building
House 07

At St.Gallen Cantonal Hospital, everything in the new building 07A is geared towards patients. The move to the new building is going according to plan. Since the end of April 2024, various clinics and departments have successfully moved into House 07 with their outpatient clinics, operating theaters and wards. A spacious reception hall with patient admission has opened its doors, restaurants have been opened and an underground garage with 450 parking spaces and lots of technology has been put into operation. Around 250 helpers were involved in the first major move. How does a hospital move take place during ongoing operations? What is the first impression of the patients?
