70 stores invite you to the first pick! Shopping Days

From May 1 to 3, 2025, the pick! Shopping Days St.Gallen will take place for the first time. Over three days, the 70 stores in St.Gallen's city center will offer various attractive program items. The fountains decorated with flowers and live DJ sets in the alleyways will accompany the city stroll. For overnight guests, there is an exclusive pick! overnight package with attractive inclusive services.

Stores, businesses, restaurants, hotels, tourism and location promotion are initiating a joint event for inner-city businesses and restaurants for the first time on behalf of "City Management St.Gallen". Under the name pick!, shops, restaurants and cafés in the city center will be inviting locals and visitors to get to know the local businesses from 1 to 3 May 2025. From Pippi Longstocking to the scents of the world
The 70 businesses offer specially created program items during the three days. These include the following highlights, for example:

• Pippi Longstocking birthday party: The Lüthy bookshop is celebrating 80 years of Pippi Longstocking on Saturday, May 3 2025, the whole store will be celebrating 80 years of Pippi Longstocking and invites you to do handicrafts, paint and read aloud with a scavenger hunt.
• Try out craftsmanship for yourself: Labhart Chronometrie & Goldschmiede AG invites you to to the fascinating world of watchmaking and goldsmithing on May 1, 2025. Visitors can create their own key ring or lucky bracelet.
• Shoe trends as a dance show: The Elisabeth Berger clothing and shoe store will be presenting the latest shoe trends together with the Gii dance studio on Saturday, May 3, 2025 as a dance show (10.30 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 2.00 p.m., 4.00 p.m.).
• Piazza at the flower market: On May 1, 2025, the stores around the flower market will transform Blumenberg Platz into the "Piazza am Blumenmarkt" with small market stalls offering food and drink from the businesses located there.
