From wasteland to lively meeting place

The basic project provides for the redevelopment and upgrading of the area between St.Fiden train station and Migros Bach. The original asphalt wasteland with a total area of 18,500 m² became a green meeting zone and a colorful meeting place with livable open spaces for young and old. In spring 2021, the interim use on the Bach site was opened and will last for at least five years.

With the project "Lattich", an interim use was initialized on the freight yard area in St.Gallen. The aim is to create a new working and living space and an innovation environment for the creative industries in the longer term. Companies in a wide range of industries have settled in the Lattich and form a unique, interesting tenant mix.
