17 new apartments with elevator access are being built in the centre of St.Gallen. Balconies will be added facing Brühlgasse to enliven and activate the square and the alleyway. There will also be a store on the first floor and office space on the second floor.

New construction project Stocken area

In 2018, THOMA Immobilien Treuhand AG acquired the more than 27,000 m2 Stocken site in the west of the city of St.Gallen. The innovative team from Rahbaran Hürzeler Architects in Basel won over the expert jury with their "Sessile Oak & Horse Chestnut" project.
