From the office desk to the DJ booth

Driven by a passion for music and bringing people together, Morgan swapped his office desk at an international fiduciary company for the DJ booth at an early age. It all began in Zurich, where he worked as a booker, organizer and DJ for Hiltl AG, among others. But the longing for his home town was strong, and so he returned to St.Gallen to revitalize the party scene here.

Today, Morgan is Managing Director of Vadian Event AG, under whose umbrella Schwarzmatt & Muted also flourishes - a testament to his dedication and influence on the city's party and music scene.So it's no surprise that Morgan Knöpfler also spends his "free time" in the middle of the action: whether setting up the next big event location or staging the party itself - Morgan lives for these moments. But when he really has time off, he's out on his motorcycle enjoying the freedom.
